Ceiling fans are included around the residence to circulate the cool air. The bedrooms are located on the second floor and each room has its own bathroom and spacious closet, while the half bath resides on the first floor for convenience. The washer and dryer hookups are also located on the second floor. Enjoy the lake view from your screened-in porch or relax at the community pool. The porch area has an additional storage unit. Sorry no pets are permitted. The residents are responsible for all utilities. One month's security deposit is required prior to move in. Lease Term: 12 months. Application fee: $50 per person 18 and over. If your application is approved, we require the lease to be signed and the security deposit to be dropped off to our Riverside office in the form of a cashier’s check or money order within 48 hours. There is also a one-time $100 lease administration fee due at move-in. This fee is not based on the number of applicants.
