You cannot go wrong taking this winter rental for one month or several. Pets are allowed with approval from landlord and pet deposit (refundable). The house is furnished nicely. Please bring your own sheets and towels. Home only has one tv, guests are welcome to bring what extras they may need to make themselves comfortable and for entertainment. Perks!
