This very cute apartment has a lot of attractive attributes. There is a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a washer/dryer and a large window to let out cooking fumes. The bathroom is also windowed with a good tub. The living/dining room is very adequate with windows facing West making for a cheerful entertaining/workspace. There are two good bedrooms, one with windows over the back of the building and two closets and the other with one closet and a window facing West. It is on the top floor of a well-renovated and maintained condominium building with lots of natural light. It is located between Manhattan Avenue and Columbus Avenue and is very close to a beautiful quiet part of Central Park by the Great Hill which has a lawn and running track. There are farmers' markets every Saturday and plenty of restaurants and coffee shops on Columbus Avenue.Transportation is also quite easy with an entrance to the B and C lines on 109th and Central Park West as well as buses such as the M10 (up an down CPW), the M7 which comes up Amsterdam Avenue but turns on 106 and then goes up Manhattan Avenue. The M116 also on 106th and Manhattan goes from Broadway all the way out to the shopping center with Costco, Best Buy and Target out on 117th and the East River. Columbia University is not far with the M4 bus from 110th Street which goes West up and up Broadway to the main campus. The C train on 109th can get you up to the Health Sciences Campus. The M3 and M4 also go East and then down Fifth Avenue to the Icahn School and Mount Sinai and Museum Mile.
