About This Property

Property Id: 1669553 Spare bed and private bathroom in a 2bed/2bath condo. Laundry in unit. Immediate access to walking paths and open area. Nice area and plenty to do nearby. Light rail is under 10 minutes away. I am hoping to find a tenant who shares similar values and interests. I am single and work at a high school as an athletic director and sport coach. Monday-Friday I am up around 5am for the gym and work 8-12 hour days. I go to bed between 10-midnight. I do enjoy relaxing in the evenings. I tend to be around most weekends. And that is when I do most of my cooking. I keep the place clean and would expect the same. This is my first property I own and I hope to have it for many years to come so I would like to keep it nice and make it better from there. Ideally we would get along and make things enjoyable so it can truly feel like a home for you. I am happy to talk more and would like to see if it would be a good fit. I could probably furnish the bedroom if that was the only dealbreaker.
