Looking for SOLO tenant, non-smoking, clean-living considerate. No drugs, cigarettes, parties or loud music. Credit/background check and employment records will be required through this site. One year initial lease commitment preferred, month-to-month after that. $975 per month, $975 deposit. Up to two indoor-only cats allowed; sorry, no dogs or other pets. All utilities are INCLUDED (water, power, pool, garden, sewer and trash) except Wi-Fi. The unit is Wi-Fi ready. You will share account with one other tenant in separate studio, split bill about $30 a month. White tiled bathroom has shower and new vanity/sink. Unit has been freshly painted. Occupant has full use of back yard, pool, spa, outdoor beds, outdoor fireplace and plenty of deck space if you love potted plants. Plenty of free street parking in this quiet, walk-friendly neighborhood. There is no washing machine; many launderettes nearby. The main cross streets are Hazeltine & Vanowen. You are close to Ralphs, Rite Aid, Ace Hardware, Target; Trader Joe's, Gelsons, Valley College, the Westfield shopping mall and the Sherman Oaks galleria are all minutes away, as are the 101 and 405 freeways. Landlady in main house is British, 60s, kind, friendly, liberal, vegan and has a few rescue cats and a rescue dog in the front yard. The house is generally very quiet and peaceful.
