672 Flats

I really enjoy living in this smaller apartment building. The lofts aren’t advertised, but they truly are amazing. The finishes could be a little better, and the amenities are meager, but I’m overall very happy here. I’d recommend living here based on the area- grocery and netto are minutes away- and the maintenance staff are on point!

Move in process was smooth and easy. Front desk was easy to work with, gave me all the answers i needed to complete. Room was clean, and facility is very nice

The staff is very helpful and kind, the amenities are clean and neat, very good community over all, moving for overseas they made us feel very welcomed and at ease.

Very modern and cozy home. I have greatly enjoyed my experience here so far as everyone I have interacted with has been very kind to me and concierge have been very helpful during the move in process.

The facilities are very clean and the staff seems to have a quick response time thus far in my time here. I just submitted a simple maintenance request so we will see how long it takes to get fixed.

Great unit for the area. The interiors are well designed and feel premium. The location is amazing as well being right in front of the mall and relatively close to the metro stations. The biggest downside to this place is the absence of amenities that can be found in similarly priced flats in the area. What you get here is a nicer unit in exchange for quantity of amenities at a similar price point.

Malcolm, Anthony, and Luis, have been so great in making me feel at home after such a challenging year. The vibes here are very positive and I love how I can walk to anything I need. Thanks so much!

My roommate and I just moved in and we are very satisfied with our new apartment! Everything is new and beautiful. The staff here is very friendly and able to answer all of our questions. Move-in was smooth and we had no issues. As some feedback, we do feel that some the maintenance requests take some time to get addressed. We have had some issues we noticed upon move in which we submitted for maintenance, and some were addressed quickly while others have not yet been attended to. We also were not aware that the elevator by the loading dock could be reserved for moving, this would have been useful to know/schedule prior to our move in. However, we were able to use the other elevator to move in so we do not have any complaints about ease of accessibility. Thanks so much for your support! We are excited to live at 672 Flats!

I love the convenient location of 672 Flats. Could use improvement in certain matters, but overall, I love my stay here. I've been here since 2019 and management (at the time) did a great job during the Covid pandemic.

Really nice apartments, maintenance is timely and leasing agents are helpful! We have lived here for 2.5 years now and we still love it here.

My husband and I have loved living here for the past two years. Friendly staff, quick responses to service requests and spacious apartments.

The new management hit a hard reset I can see a change. Prior from the previous management company. They’re quicker in response and take action immediately!

Overall my experience has been good and I would recommend living here to a friend. My biggest complaint is not having a 24-hour concierge like many other places I have lived in around here.

I was a walk-in and the agent said she couldn't help me because I have to have an appointment. For what you get the prices are way above others in area. She talked through a mask, no, she mumbled through a mask. If that is the kind of service you get at this building, wow, I'd stay away. I already live in the area with more and bigger amenities for $300/mo less. So . . . buyer beware.

I have been living at 672 Flats for about 4 months and have absolutely loved it! The apartment units are sleek, modern, and comfortable; definitely some of the nicest apartment units in the Ballston neighborhood. The cleaning and maintenance staff are amazing: the apartment building is nearly spotless and the rare moment I had a maintenance request, maintenance responded immediately! The back alley is great for walking dogs and the apartment complex is nicely located (near a metro and mall/food court). Just like any other apartment building, there are flaws. I sometimes hear neighbors above and next to me and the package system can have some issues, especially if you get a package delivered post work hours. The leasing staff does a great job to locate packages if I didn’t get notified, but sometimes Amazon workers just won’t deliver your package when they try to deliver it in the evening because there is no staff to let them in/tell them how to log packages. Compared to other apartments I have lived in, I just have to be a little more on top of when I am expecting a package to make sure it actually retrieve it; I have never “lost” a package while at 672. Despite these few drawbacks, 672 Flats has been a great place to live! Thank you to the maintenance, cleaning, and leasing staff who make it so great :)

Between the paper thin walls and the disrespectful people here I wouldn’t waste your time. I even dealt with racist situations living here it’s unbelievable. Though that’s not in anyone’s control it’s not worth it. The garage is not okay. People literally fly like it’s some race track, yes they fixed half the problem by installing mirrors but that doesn’t slow people down. You pay a lot of money for nothing. The amenities are cool, but no pool or grills. I could say more but I think I said enough. If you decided to live here good luck to you.

I have absolutely loved living in 672 Flats! Briana, Emani and Megnot are so friendly and were incredibly helpful throughout the move in process! Also, the events that they throw are a lot of fun - at times, they’ve put mimosas in the party room just for fun on the weekends... I can’t think of anything better. :) The apartments have floor to ceiling windows that either face a city view with a balcony in the front of the building or a green view in the back. The green view is incredible in the fall when the leaves are changing and also in the winter when it snows. The coffee machine is wonderful when you’re coming home from the cold in the winter. :) The access system is great - I feel very safe and it’s so convenient creating a temporary code for my guests to get into the building/elevator, rather than having to go downstairs to let them in. The interior of the common areas is very nice and the community is friendly but quiet. I would highly recommend 672 Flats - the price is not cheap (like most apartments in the area) but it’s 100% worth it!

If you are looking for a place to live and call home, I recommend 672 Flats. The apartments are beautiful and the layouts have a great flow to them. There is very little outside noise, nothing that would be considered bothersome, and there is no inside noise. That was a key concern due to the fact I work from home part-time. However, it is the staff that makes it feel like home. Everyone that works here, from the upper management to maintenance, and the house crew, each of them goes above and beyond. Briana, the Property Manager, and Emani and Megnot, the front office staff make it their mission each day to make all their residents feel at home and taken care of. If I ever have a question or need assistance, they immediately respond and help me out. Carlos, their Head of Maintenance, takes care of any issue in a timely manner. Thanks to Julia and José, the cleaning crew, the facility always looks fantastic! Everyone is kind, courteous, friendly and professional. You can tell they are passionate about their job and taking care of their residents. Having just moved from Pasadena, CA, finding a residence that was chic, as well as, small and had a great community was important. Not to mention they have are dog-friendly and even hold resident/ fur friendly events. ??
