675 N. Highland is a gem. Location and proximity to almost anything is a short walk or drive away. Restaurants, professional services, grocery stores, shopping, coffee shops are all right there. 675 N. Highland has all the amenities you need in a city, space to relax, a pool, a great exercise area and wonderful area to meet with friends.

I've lived at 675 N Highland for a couple years now, and I’m thrilled with my choice! The pool is a standout feature—spacious and perfect for relaxing in the summer. The modern fitness center has great new workout equipment. The common areas are beautifully designed, with a great lounge and outdoor grilling stations. My apartment is spacious and well-maintained, with modern appliances.

I have lived in 675 N highland apt for almost a year, and it has been wonderful living here! The management and maintenance team of people are super helpful and responsive and so kind. Dina has been a delight to get to know. The community is respectful and the location couldn’t be better!

I've lived here for about a year and my experience has been absolutely amazing. The leasing office staff are incredibly personable and helpful. Dina is great!! My dog loves stopping by the front desk just to say hi. The complex is clean, quiet, the neighborhood is just as nice, and the communication from the complex to the residents is amazing. I've enjoyed my experience here and look forward to renewing.

The apartments are all very spacious with so much closet space! They are very modern with Freshly renovated amenities. The location couldn’t be better…walkable to So many awesome spots. Love the office staff and maintenance is always super quick to respond!

675 has a ton to offer! The recently updated amenities are spectacular, the staff is super helpful and friendly and maintenance is very responsive. The location is perfect with tons to do within walking distance.

Been living here for over 3 months and incredibly happy with the building and management team. Great location in VA highlands without being too loud. Apartments are materially very nice and well maintained with new appliances. Maintenance requests responded to in a timely fashion. Clean and well kept common areas including pool and gym.

What a great place to live! Spacious apartments, great amenities, fun neighbors, and an incredible staff! I love hanging at the pool and using the newly renovated gym, and any maintenance request i have gets turned around very quickly. Not to mention the building is in the heart of the best neighborhood in town. As long as i live in Atlanta I will live at 675!

This property was beautiful to tour. Brandon was a huge help in helping me find everything I was looking for in the apartment. I was shocked to learn that the property was 8 years old. everything still looks new inside the apartments. with the amenities freshly renovated, everything looks great!

I toured in April and loved the apartment. Leasing office couldn't have been more helpful with the process and answering any questions.

You couldn’t ask for a better group of people to look after your home - the leasing team and the maintenance team genuinely care about their residents, answer any question and fix any issue straight away. 10/10

I toured these units back in March and was so impressed by the finishes in the units, the functional layouts, and high ceilings. Even though my move-in date wasn't for a few months, Dina remained in touch answering all of my follow up questions and helping me sign my lease remotely when I was ready.

I am moving to Atlanta for med school from Boston and the stark difference in the quality of staff and apartments available for the price you are paying is shocking! I've had such an amazing experience already working with the community staff and cannot wait to see the new renovations.

The apartment and surrounding neighborhood are great. The staff are very responsive and kind.

After finding out I had 2 months to relocate to Atlanta from Boston I quickly called up many apartment complexes in the Virginia Highland neighborhood. I had an interest in one of the apartments in this particular complex and my leasing agent was able to quickly give me all the information I needed to send in my application. The move in was fairly straightforward and easy! Coming from a city where landlords and leasing offices are out to scam you, it's been a pleasure to have a leasing office who responds quickly to your concerns and is straightforward with all the fees.

I have had an amazing expeirence with 675 N Highland. I was able to get a tour upon walk-in. The staff is extremely friendly and accomodating. The ammenities are newly rennovated and everything is extremely new/modern. The building smells fresh in hallways/ elevators. The location is great, walking distance from stores/shops, and good neighborhood. I have toured a ton of Atlanta apartments in different neighborhoods and this is by far the best one I've seen.

I just signed my lease and am very excited to live at this property! The complex is in a great location, walkable to the BeltLine, Ponce City Market, and Virginia Highlands. Beautiful amenities- pool and fitness center appear to be well-maintained. Bobby and Dina continue to be very helpful and informative throughout this process.

Given some technical difficulties in the application process, the staff at 675 N Highland has been very diligent with getting back to me and approving my application in a timely manner! Can't wait to move in!

My boyfriend and I recently moved here and we love it! It's in a great location, walkable to the beltline, Virginia Highlands, and Ponce City Market, and has some nice restaurants and a coffee shop just across the street. We're excited to see the new common space renovations too. The leasing office was very helpful during our moving process.

Great location, awesome amenities and apartments with high ceilings with more details than you'd typically expect - nothing in this place feels "cheap" like some nearby apartments that I toured. Lived here for a year and management was extremely friendly and accommodating - highly recommend!

I was not disappointed when I toured this place. I wasn't expecting a property this small to be this nice. I won't be moving for a few months, but this is my top choice for a place to live in the Virginia Highlands/ Old Fourth Ward area.

I’ve only just moved in to 675 N Highland and already love it. It’s such a great location, the building and amenities are beautiful, and the residents and workers have been so kind and welcoming. Shoutout Bobby who has made this transition + move so easy!

Such a diamond in the rough. The apartment is extremely nice and spacious. The staff is super cool and really down to earth. The location is great and walkable. I'd give it ten stars if I could. Can't wait until the renovations are complete.

With the sparkly white counter tops, The warm brown laminated plank flooring, the stainless-steel appliances and spacious rooms. I Love living here.

A great city life. Convenient to a lot of shops and restaurants. The view from the top floor has an amazing skyline.

I am so happy with my decision with moving into this place. I've have been here over a year, and I have never loved a place as much as I love living here. The leasing office is a huge part of that happiness. I look forward to renewing.

Everything is always great with the maintenance team

Glad I chose this place! My apartment is amazing with modern fixtures. It's location is a game changer. Publix is walking distance, as well as some restaurants, salons and spas. Staff is responsive and helpful.

Beautiful finishes, large closets, spacious bedrooms, stainless steel appliances and an amazing staff.

I love staying here! The staff is always so nice and welcoming! They are also very dog friendly! They always give my dog a treat when we go downstairs!

They’re so close to sooo much! The interiors are spacious with huge closets, full size w/d, gas stoves, & 13’ ceilings on every floor. The office staff is really nice and definitely seems to enjoy their jobs. Maintenance is amazing! He works by himself, and somehow still manages to get our work orders done. Very happy here.

I continue to live here because of the amazing staff. They are so nice and quick with responses. I will renew if it continues to be this great.

Its a little dated however, they are working on renovations which is awesome. Besides that, its walkable to shops and restaurants and the apartments are huge with spacious closets. I love it.

I've lived here for 2+ years. It's a great location... both a short walk to Virginia Highlands and Inman Park and close to parks/trails. My apartment is spacious and has a great kitchen. The current staff are wonderful - kind and communicative about updates, issues, etc. Would recommend touring here and checking it out!

Everything is always great. However, I have noticed that there have been issues with homeless sleeping next to the building every night.

I can't think of any place better if you want to live in the Poncey/Highlands area. The property has everything you could ever want. A beautiful pool, nice fitness center and great location. There is also a Publix Grocery Store a block away! The customer service they provide at 675 N Highland is top notch! You should definitely check this place out.

I moved into 675 N Highland 4 month ago and loving it. You can't beat the location. There is an abundance of shopping, restaurants and entertainment close by, much of it with in the walking distance. The building provides a garage with covered parking. This makes me feel safe when going to and from my car. Inside and outside of the building is very clean. The onsite staff is always ready to listen and respond. Bobby and Brendon are my absolute favorite!!!

Great option for a place to live by ponce city market. It's not far from five points and just minutes away from city life of midtown.
