This one bedroom apartment is part of a three family building in a wonderful, cozy area of Wauwatosa Wi. The main building address is 1040 N 68th St. This apartment has its own entrance in the back of the building along with its own address. It is available Feb 1, 2024 I am currently having upgrades being made to the apartment, not yet reflected in the photos. The tub tile surround is new, and the bathroom floor will become a wood plank laminate. The kitchen floor will also be a plank wood laminate. The entire apartment has been painted white, so a much brighter, cheerier atmosphere. A washer and dryer are available, along with new stove and fridge (also not reflected in the photos). This unit has a storage locker in the basement area, as well. This is a quiet building three blocks south of State Street and walking distance to the village where you’ll enjoy a number of restaurants and coffee shops. Parking is available for one car on a surface parking lot. All tenants in the building help with snow shoveling. IMPORTANT: there is parking for one car only in the lot. And there is no street parking available, not even with a permit.
