Pets considered on a case-by-case basis- no aggressive-breed dogs will be considered. No smoking in home. All qualified pets must have current vaccination certificate. Each person over 18 who will be on lease submits a separate application including 2 months pay stubs, 2 recent utility bills and a copy of photo ID.
