Directions to this unit: Northbound on El Cajon Blvd to Lemon Avenue. Right turn on Lemon Avenue. Right turn after 50-feet into narrow roadway/alley. Rightside parking in 2nd row of parking spaces. $1395.00/month for a 1-bedroom unit with a six-month lease. $1395.00 security deposit on approved credit with a credit score of 700 or above. Credit scores under 700 will require a higher security deposit. Must have verifiable income and residential history for the past two years.
