Property Ratings at 680 Moraga Rd
This place is not just affordable, but also safe and centrally located to everything in Moraga. The property management and maintenance are prompt in responding to tenants. I love being able to pay rent and put in maintenance requests online. They are also very good at responding to emails. Management is very involved with sending communications to keep all tenants up to date with whatever is happening on the property. We have two parking spots in the garage which is a huge plus and hard to find at other places. I do wish all of our windows were double paned because we have three rooms with wall to wall single paned sliding doors so we have to keep up with some moisture that comes through. We get a lot of good lighting and each apartment has it's unique features depending on the layout. It's a quiet property. There are well established tenants who've been here for many years. There are also short term tenants from St. Marys college. Our family of four have been here in a 3 bedroom for about four and a half years. We enjoy the pool in the summer. Overall, we enjoy living here.
I have lived at 680 Moraga Rd for many years. The property is clean and the neighbors are great. They have great parking for each unit. The maintenance team is quick and responsive. The location is great if you have children elementary school is walkable, Middle school is the furthest, and high school they could walk as well. You are walkable distance from Starbucks and shopping mall. Apartments have lots of closet/storage space. The bedrooms are large. The dinning/living room is one big open space. Kitchen has lots of up to date cabinets with lots of storage. Great place to raise your kids.
