About This Property
Property Id: 1043405 Amazing 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 3 story condo in south Fort Collins. The main floor (which we will share) has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and bathroom. The lower floor (which will be exclusively yours) has a living area attached to a sleeping area (it's an “open concept” space with a partial divider between the two areas) and a bathroom. The top floor (which is exclusively mine), has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The clothes washer and dryer are at the bottom of the stairs in the basement. The townhouse was renovated entirely before I purchased it, so it's in amazing shape. Wood floors on the main floor, tiled bathrooms, and brand-new carpet. The main floor, dining room and kitchen will be fully furnished. You will need to furnish your bedroom and living space. $500 fully-refundable deposit if the place is returned as found—split utilities of gas, electricity, and internet. Trash, recycling, water, and outside maintenance are covered.

Snug between the grassy plains and mountain peaks, Fort Collins is a treat for the eyes. It’s also home to Colorado State University, a top-ranking school known for academic excellence. Like many college towns, Fort Collins provides a variety of shops, restaurants, nightlife, and entertainment in its downtown district, but the pull of the beautiful landscape might draw you outdoors most often. The nearby Rocky Mountains and Roosevelt National Forest are ideal for activities like hiking, biking, kayaking, and fishing. In the winter, sledding, skiing, and snowshoeing are popular.
Year-round events and festivals bring Fort Collins residents together. Whether it’s enjoying the popular summer concert series, catching a live musical performance at the Mishawaka Amphitheater, cheering on participants in the Colorado Marathon, or attending one of the popular music festivals, there’s always something exciting happening.
