Property Id: 1779396 People simply feel great staying here. Nice shared kitchen with quality appliances. Our home is very peaceful and comfortable. Two story with basement, total of 3,000 sq. feet. Laundry is in the basement and bedrooms are upstairs on the second level. We do not have pets and we keep the home very clean. There are one and a half bathrooms that are shared. The full bathroom has a new shower with a larger tub. All the utilities are covered with rent. Shared use of all appliances including washer and dryer. There is a digital door lock for the front door and bedroom doors, with outdoor cameras for security. My son and I have lived here for 14 years. We delight in sharing the blessing of our home with others. Yellow Room: This room has a Queen size bed and all needed linens, including towels. The memory foam mattress is extremely comfortable. Has a shared bathroom, small closet, and dresser. The room is on the second floor of the home and the window faces east. $900/month
