In the basement there is also a washer and dryer so doing laundry is a breeze. Los 3 Garcia's restaurant on the lake is literally a 3-minute walk so you must like margaritas and tacos (just kidding). The Yacht club has a community pool that was remodeled over 2020 access spring and summer. Light rail and RTD transit less than 5 minutes away. Olde Town Arvada 10 minutes away. The Numbers: Renter wanted for 12 month lease for $950 per month. All common rooms are furnished. There is a $250 non-refundable deposit for wear and tear on furniture included in the security deposit. First and last months rent and security deposit needed to move in.
