Apartment complex name is Oaks at Hackberry Creek, Las Colinas, TX. Apartment is on the second floor with gated community. Apartment is overlooking the lake. Beautiful floor with fireplace, modern tiled bathroom, assigned covered parking spot with visitors parking available. Apartment is unfurnished. Has 2 pools and a 2 floor gym. Five (5) minute walk from shopping complex which has Kroger, TJ Maxx and Target, easy access to N MacArthur Blvd. Reason I am leaving is because my work is transfered to another place. Spoke with leasing office and they can do a lease transfer to prospective tenants. The only thing we have to do is fill out an online application (free), background check ($50) and Deposit ($100).
