The house is about ¾ of a mile from shopping and entertainment at the famous Del Mar Loop, about two miles from the main campus of Washington University, and about 20 minutes from downtown St Louis. Pets are allowed but must be approved (no fee). If your initial application appears promising, the applicant will need to pay a nonrefundable $40 fee for background check (credit, criminal, rental record). The applicant must also demonstrate sufficient income to be accepted as a tenant. Moving in will require $1600 for the first month’s rent plus an additional $1600 security deposit ($3200 total).
