It has been two months and no one has taken any of my concerns. Seriously my items were stolen the first week I was here. Management never followed up with me on reviewing the footage from where my car was parked. I am still waiting for a second parking spot that I have paid for although management and maintenance have four parking spots at further use each, no one is reachable or responsive, the 24 hour emergency maintenance number

Excellent location, pet-friendly, central AC and washer/dryer in each apartment. Maintenance is responsive and quick to address repairs in each apartment. Building is security conscious, although there is room for improvement. Plenty of parking for residents but guests must use street parking. Just a hop, skip and a jump away from Sherman Oaks!
I absolutely love the space and layout! The tenants I’ve seen in passing have all been friendly and welcoming. So far, I’ve got no complaints regarding this building whatsoever and it’s very well maintained and quiet.

This place is far from "clean", and the service is not "quick". Simply take a look at the yellow tape that has been covering the cracked flooring tiles at the entrance of the building for months now. Great idea to divert foot traffic to the "better" side, so that can crumble too. Tenants allow their stupid dogs to urinate in the hallways, near elevators, and in the parking garage. One of the advertising banner poles in front of the building fell on a Dodge Charger's hood, and now it will just lay behind a bush forever.

We lived here since 2017. The building was well kept and had wonderful management. Since GreyStar managing company took over, things have been gone downhill. While the rent keeps going up, the building is getting dirtier by the minute. There’s dog pee everywhere. Elevators don’t work every often, broken concrete steps that haven’t been fixed for months now. It’s no longer worth it, GreyStar doesn’t take care of this once wonderful building.

Spacious apartments, well insulated so you rarely hear your neighbors. Central air and heating works very well and you get your own washer and dryer in the unit! Maintenance responds quickly which is appreciated. Underground parking with random security checks at night is also appreciated. Elevators seem to need maintenance often and smoke alarms are a little sensitive but overall I have had a very good experience living here.

Save yourself the trouble and skip this building. The building is cockroach infested! We had Orkin come out 4-5 times and the roaches did not go away. Management was not bothered by the infestation. Management will under no circumstances give you your deposit back no matter how great you leave the apartment.

This community is quite , well kept and peaceful community. The office staff was extremely accommodating and friendly also. It could not be better located and was amidst a lot of shopping, restaurants, transportation and schools. It offered great amenities.

My experience living at 6940 Sepulveda Apartments has been amazing thus far. The office and maintenance staff are so friendly and attentive. When I have a maintenance issue, maintenance is on it immediately. In particular the office manager Tonika from day one has been and continues to be the most consistently professional, kind, considerate, and respectful person I have ever met in apartment management. I for one am so grateful to have a manager who makes you feel like they care especially during the difficult times our country is going through. A smile and a kind word goes a long way.

Grey star is the best. Thank you for your help and fast move-in process. The apartments are worth living, there are windows with good noise reduction. Carpeted sleeping areas which help not to hear anybody at night from other apartments. Very spacious apartments which is a plus and a workout for muscles and legs :) thank you Grisel and Tonika for your help, we are more than happy to stay here. No roaches I hope, this would be almost all the year round.

I live on IMT on the Boulevard. It is a wonderful apartment, it has a kitchen, living room,balcony 2 bathrooms 2 bedrooms.I will start looking at other apps trying to find an apartment then I saw this wonderful app "apartments.com" it shows me reasonable prices and a enough room for me to live in and start a family. I am a 20yr college student and "apartment. com app" helped me find "affordable apartment" that made me feel like home.
