Amazing community to live in. I love every second of being a resident with 698 no matter what area I’m in. It feels like home away from home.

I have really enjoyed living here. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. The rooms are so spacious and clean and I am paired with great roommates!

It’s good. Strong WiFi and everything is great. The people are nice. Good beds and chairs. I like the idea we have a tv in our room. The gifts at the office too makes it great

took over somebody’s lease, it’s been okay. there’s no option to end contract before, little options over most things but the apartment itself is good. too many extra fees but still a good option for students.

So far my experience has been great. Thankful for 698 staff for making this transition smooth. My room was clean upon arriving and i had no problems with my move in.

Moving into my new apartment has been a smooth and positive experience. The leasing process was straightforward, and the staff provided helpful guidance every step of the way. The community is well-maintained, offering a welcoming and safe environment. My unit was clean and ready for move-in, with all promised amenities functioning perfectly. Neighbors have been friendly, and management is responsive to any questions or concerns. The overall atmosphere makes it easy to feel at home, and I appreciate the convenience of nearby amenities and services.

This was my first apartment ever and I really appreciate the staff they really made my experience enjoyable. There were no issues during my stay and I always felt included in community activities.

The community is a great place to stay and I really enjoyed my tour when I went to go tour the residence. I love how family and friendly oriented the people are.

It’s been an amazing experience, so much so that I have renewed my lease for next year and they even made that easy too. I love it here! Thanks 698!

Wonderful apartment quiet and has great amenities would definitely recommend to anyone who is a student or just want a quiet place to call home !!

I like it a lot was greeted nicely at the door and was helped all the way thru it. The rooms look nice and the people are nice as well and overall 10 out of 10

They had me move in when the wall wasn't even painted. The workers left all the painting supplies and cleaning supplies. I had to smell paint and dirty mop water for the entire weekend. this wouldn't have happened if they just had me move in later. certain maintenance request hasn't been solve for almost 2 weeks. They seem to need more staff in general. But this is apartment is very nice compared to the price. Probably one of the best affordable options in this town.

It’s okay, it’s just the people that I been staying with that makes it not as great, but other than that I like the rooms and the apartment itself

The apartment setting is great. Two of the roommates are great people to live with. We each take turns weekly making sure the living area is organized and kept cleaned. I sleep very well since moving in to this complex.

The apartments are really nice, it’s definitely a beautiful area! Definitely picked the right area to live in and also it is pre furnished so you don’t have to bring your own furniture!

Great attitude and amazing staff and nice area. I appreciate the punctuality when it comes to responding back. The prices are astronomically low and great for students like me to start out with so you can save so much money.

It is an amazing apartment complex. The places I have stayed at before never felt like home but the moment I walked into 698 I could tell that this would be a place that I could truly call home

I do like the privacy of my own room and the fact that I can cook in my room. The rates are the best in Robeson County. The staff is great and very respectful.

No parking after a certain time and for these apartments to be as new as they are there is a lot of problems. Also, during the spring/summer I was without air for 3-4 months.

I love it here ! Everyone is friendly!! The noise level is quiet. This being my first apartment I will give it a 9/10. It’s not a 10 because the parking is hard to find a night it be so full

I LOVE it here. Everything from the residents to housing staff are phenomenal. This is totally the best place to be at. Can’t wait to renew for next year!

It’s very lovely here :3 I like that we don’t have to pay separate utilities because it’s less to worry about and I also like that we have garbage disposal’s in the sink and that we have an in-unit washer and dryer!

I love the pricing, the office staff are so kind and supportive as well as the maintenance staff! Since the time I’ve been here, I’ve received nothing but excellent customer/residential service.

I like it. it’s peaceful and my roommates are great the living space we try to make it clean and accommodating for everyone. It’s close to school campus as well

Amazing Apartment To Be in Around Great People! When Something Goes Wrong in my apartment, 698 is always on the way to help which is the best part about staying here

Great staff and community. Great location in regards to campus and quality of apartments are best in Pembroke. Definitely will renew for the next couple of years.

My resident experience has been great, this was my first apartment and I was not disappointed. The fact that it was brand new when I moved in was a bonus. I also really appreciate maintenance and the way that he makes sure problems are resolved in a timely manner.

Absolutely incredible. Love the staff as they show that they truest care about the residents. They also host events for the residents and contribute to the bonding between them and their residents.

They have a sorry AC unit that is constantly going out for weeks on end. They have no clue on how to fix it and no way of compensating residents for their rooms being hot.

My experience here was amazing! Everyone was always so nice and the place is very clean and well furnished. My favorite place to live in Pembroke.

Love 698!!!! Plenty of space, people are great, & amazing staff!! Definitely a great spot to stay in Pembroke & it’s right across the school so it’s perfect for busy students!!!

Not enough parking and no amenities! Mail system should change. Do not lease here! It’s not worth it. The extra parking needs to be paved. Need to be more involved in resident issues.

super super kind staff, amazing complex. very helpful and understanding, the staff and complex works to create a actual living expirience for you rather than just a living situation.

Living here has given me a sense of responsibility. Everyone in the leasing office has been kind, asked how my day was and been there to help me when I may have been behind my rent, or even just advise in other aspects of life. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my years that I’m at UNCP at 698.

Good, walls r thin. I also don’t live there anymore and there is no way to get out of the lease. So I still have to pay rent and don’t live there. But other than that is was fine
