Property Ratings at 699 Station
I rented a two bed two bath apartment in 699 station for four years. Mcbride companies (landlord) were very good. Always plenty of notice when coming in, fix things right away, understanding if you are late on rent. I was not a huge fan of the apartment itself--I think you can get a bigger kitchen and just higher quality stuff for the same price. My apartment, for one, is kind of falling apart due to the cheap construction.
