The property's appearance is deceiving. Construction remains ongoing, and the management is consistently absent. The swimming pool is perpetually out of order. While the initial tour was impressive, the subsequent sale to a new company has led to disappointment. I'm eagerly anticipating my departure from this residence.
Love this place. Can't beat the amenities and location.
It’s like okay. We moved from a dingey place so it’s a huge improvement from that but the minor things like how they manage the building is just annoying. Again, it feels like we’re living at our parents house.

The Community Management/Leasing Team at 6th and Main is amazing! They are professional, courteous, prompt and show a genuine interest in building a quality community that truly cares for its residents. Makayla was my initial contact at this community. Her professionalism, knowledge of the facilities, and cheerful pleasant attitude made the difference for me in selecting this property over others that I was considering. She addressed questions and concerns over the weekend and made for a quick, seamless, and painless leasing process. In addition to the fantastic staff who always greet with a smile and attention, the units and amenities are new, luxurious, and state of the art. 6 months into the lease and I have no concerns. If you are in the market for a new home I would highly recommend visiting the staff at 6th and Main!
