The large yard is perfect for volleyball/badminton. There is a one car detached garage and parking for 3 cars in the driveway. Monthly academic rentals are available from November 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025 at $4,900 per month, plus electric. Summer 2024 availability is August 17-31 for $4,900 per week.
