It is free to sign up to apply. Follow the directions for TENANTS and enter 70 N Pollasky as the address. Incomplete applications will not be considered. Your report must meet our minimum requirements before we are able to rent the home to you. Once your application has been reviewed and accepted we will notify you. At that point each adult applicant will be asked to pay and agree for a combined credit, criminal and evictions report through Avail.
