About This Property
~~LOW BROKER FEE: $1500, LESS than 1 months' rent!!~~Newly Renovated, BIG one bedroom apartment in peaceful Inwood! This is a BIG apartment (approximately 775 sq ft) with an open, spacious layout. It gets great sunlight and looks out onto greenery. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. The bedroom is King+ sized: it easily fits not only a king size bed, but side tables, a wall of wardrobes, a set of drawers on either wall, chairs, bench, etc. It also has 2 windows and looks out onto a quiet rooftop and courtyards. The living room is easily large enough for FULL dining and seating areas, as you can see in the photos. The open kitchen looks onto the living room, has an oversized granite counter to pull stools up to, and includes a dishwasher, microwave, great cabinet space an full size appliances. The bathroom is large, with clean travertine marble throughout. This is a GREAT apartment for entertaining! The building is very clean and well-maintained, with an elevator, laundry room in the basement, secure package area, very helpful live-in super, and newly renovated front entrance. The neighborhood is the most serene pocket of Inwood; the apartment is just up the stairs from the 215th St. 1 train (red line subway) station, and just one block away from both Isham Park and the Columbia University sports fields. The Inwood Hill Nature Center is only 3 blocks away. There are lots of great restaurants just as you get off the train and walk down along Broadway; Guadalupe is my personal fave but Fantastic, a few blocks away on Sherman Ave., is a great choice for a special occasion. Another neighborhood treat is the Dyckman farmhouse, a colonial era house museum and garden that's free to enter a serene place to spend an afternoon away from the office.Get in touch today for details and to arrange a viewing!~~This is a CO-OP BUILDING: refundable move-in/move out fees are $1000, non-refundable board fees are $750. It's listed as low-fee to keep your upfront costs equivalent to what you would pay in a straight rental building with a broker fee of 1 month. If your broker's fee is the standard 15%, this apartment is actually $1600 CHEAPER than a $2150 rental!
