Acton is an upscale suburb northwest of Boston, a quaint and charming New England hamlet if ever there was one. The town’s numerous large parks offer gorgeous scenery and spacious grounds for residents to get outdoors and play (sledding at NARA Park in the winter can’t be beat). The region is rich with history (particularly in nearby Concord) and museums abound, making it an ideal rental location for folks with scholarly interests.
The MBTA station on the south side of town connects Acton with the rest of the Boston metropolitan area, and downtown Boston is only about 45 minutes away by car. The local schools receive terrific ratings, and the crime rate is among the lowest in Massachusetts, making Acton one of the most family-friendly environments around.

About the Listing Agent
Kristin Hilberg
Keller Williams Realty Boston Northwest
(351) 444-5936I love where I live and love what I do! Helping people transition from one home to the next is both exciting and challenging and I wouldn’t have it any other way. As far as I’m concerned, my clients are more than real estate transactions; they’re people, and taking good care of them and what's probably their largest personal asset is the most important part of my job. My goal is to make the whole process educational, fun, stress-free and as positive as possible. In my prior career as a teacher, I taught fifth grade and then Kindergarten. After taking a few years off to stay home and raise my own children, I joined Keller Williams in 2007. With the help of KW training and education, over time I became one of the consistent top producers in my office. Now, as an Associate Broker, I participate actively in both a leadership role as well as presenting in-house training programs. I believe in sharing my knowledge and experience with my colleagues so that we can all grow our businesses and achieve our personal goals. On a personal level, I love my Rhodesian Ridgebacks and spend a lot of time outdoors hiking with them. I also garden, belong to several bookgroups (and in some of them we even discuss the books!), am a pretty good baker and love to keep the office stocked with chocolate. Cape Cod is my summer destination of choice, and I spend every winter looking forward to some quiet time on Indian Neck Beach. How lucky am I? Life is good!
