Good Price but with unexpected roommates

Property is good for the price. It is a little old and outdated. Neighbors are friendly and homey. The issue is that the apartments seem to have a roach problem. After numerous cleanings, the roaches are still there; this is very disgusting and unsanitary. The owner needs to do something about this.
