Way above the tree tops. Prefer 1 year lease agreement but will consider a shorter term. Please drive by and take a look at the building and the location before setting up a showing as we are over 30 minutes away to make sure it meets your criteria. A one-time fee charged by the HOA of $500.00 is required for move-in and must be paid when the move is scheduled. This fee will cover the costs for Move in and Move out. A separate check of $250.00 damage deposit is required prior to the move as in the prior policy. If no damage or cleaning is incurred, the damage deposit check will be returned.
