Property Ratings at 700 West 175th Street
This building resides in a great area of Washington Heights, with a grocery store, 24 hr laundry, hardware store within a block and many other specialty shops on Broadway. The building super is very responsive and organized when it comes to any tenant needs. The tenants are mixed group of young adults and families and are respectful of fellow neighbors.
My apartment is humble and great for my needs. The space itself is spacious and well planned for a New York apartment. Located in a prewar building, the apartment has thick walls, beautiful floors, plenty of light and an updated kitchen (separate kitchen). The building is steps away from the subway and many restaurants and stores. The building offers an elevator, trash chute, updated security cameras, and an onsite super. For the amount paid in rent, it offers quite a lot for Manhattan.
