The property also includes multiple full bathrooms and a half bathroom, a media/game room, and balconies with spectacular lake views. The kitchen is fully loaded with pots, pans, silverware, kitchen utensils, plates, and much more, perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy a large dining table, kitchen bar area, and breakfast nook. The large living room features a 75” smart TV and sound system, and you can enjoy cold nights by the gas/wood fireplace. The playroom includes a pool/billiard table and a 55” smart TV, while the media room offers a full-size pull-out sofa bed, a 65” smart TV, games, books, puzzles, and an office desk for work-cations. The outdoor area includes a gated pool area with an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, dining area, umbrellas, and a diving board, as well as a fenced backyard with a seating area around a fire pit and kayaks. Pets are welcome with a fee of $150 per pet per stay. The base nightly rate covers the first six guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fifth and sixth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 10+ guests respectively. The stand-alone hot tub is heated and included in your reservation. If the majority of the adults in your group are under 25, an additional refundable damage deposit of $750 is required. No events or parties are allowed, and indoor smoking is strictly prohibited with a $500 fine for violations. The pool/hot tub is serviced regularly, and security cameras are installed at the front door and garage for your safety. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit.
