While we are very thorough with screening, we are able to be flexible in many scenarios depending on the nature of the issue and with your transparency and honesty! If you have an issue, please be upfront as we will find it and we can work with many situations depending on circumstance and our screening criteria. We only wish to work with mature, responsible, kind people who will take great care of the property and know how to complete basic maintenance without calling for every minor item that they could easily take care of on their own. Most of our Residents have 0-1 maintenance calls per year as an example, and our lease price reflects that. Many renew and stay with us for years!
