Parking - is on Hickory to the east of the unit, 703 parking is closest to the garbage and recycle bins to the south theses are shared with our downstairs tenants, their parking is more north at their entry. TV and Internet - are available to you, it is free tv and we have left a list of the channels that are available. TV is a smart tv if you know what that is and can use it? Washer and Dryer - are in the closet area and directions on how to use will be on shelf next to them by the window. If your stay has just begun and you need to wash clothes the washer is quite efficient, normally 2 peoples clothes when traveling will need small short loads, with small cap full of detergent. Same with dryer probably won’t need much time on the dryer either.
