About This Property
Leasing 1 large bedroom (bedroom 3 or 4 on the floorplan) in a 4 bd 2ba house very near campus. Must be U of I graduate or undergraduate student. The bedroom is $800/month, as is- or $850/month furnished (full size bed, dresser, night stand). You will have access to the entire house with large living room, dining room, office space, kitchen, backyard, front porch, finished attic, and basement/garage for storage. Laundry and dryer included in basement. The house is a 2 minute walk to campus. All utilities are provided, but cost is not included. Utilities will be split equally between all tenants. I currently live in the house, along with a friend. We are both graduate students completing our first year and looking forward to the next few years at U of I. We have a variety of interests and are generally easy-going. We just ask that you respect shared living spaces and we will do the same. Applications are open to U of I students, graduate or undergraduate, male or female. Lease is in line with school semesters, either from August 2023 to December 2024 (5 months), or from August 2023 to August 2024 (12 months). Preferred contact by email:

There's much more to Champaign's sister city of Urbana than you might think.
