Your Home Away From Home This cozy retreat offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. We've got you covered with an air fryer, coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cookware, spices, wine glasses, a cocktail shaker, coffee supplies, dish soap, and basic condiments Living Space: Relax and unwind in our spacious living room, bathed in natural light. When you need a break from the sunshine, simply close the blinds. Stay connected with high speed internet and enjoy your favorite shows on the smart TV with YouTube TV, Netflix, and more. Cozy up on the couch or one of the two chairs. Bedrooms: Main Bedroom: Relax on the queen sized bed, get ready at the dresser, and catch up on your favorite shows on the smart TV. A closet, fans, and an iron board are also provided. Second Bedroom: Perfect for families or groups, this room offers a double bed, a t win bunk bed, a large dresser, and a closet. A pack and play is also available Loft Bedroom: This private retreat features a queen sized bed, two nightstands, a smart TV, a dresser, and two walk in closets. The space also provides a private study for those who work from home. Bathroom: Refresh and rejuvenate in our clean and comfortable bathroom, stocked with fresh towels and hand towels. Basement: The clean basement provides a laundry area for your needs. Outdoors: Backyard: Enjoy the fresh air in our fully fenced in backyard, perfect for your pets. Relax on the patio furniture, relax by the firepit, or simply soak up the sun. Garage: Two car garage for secure parking. We've thought of everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible We are excited to have you! The property has everything you need for a comfortable stay. If staying for 21+ days a starter pack of common supplies will be provided. If staying for longer than 21 days the cost of electricity used during your stay will be charged. The average charge is $1.50 to $2.50 a day depending on your use. October March an additional $75 a month will be charged to cover the gas bill for heat (prorated if not a whole month).
