There is very little street traffic noise, so combined with the concrete construction of the building the entire suite very peaceful and quiet. High speed wireless Internet and TV channels with five TELUS Theme Packs of your choice are included. An electronic token allows secure access to the building lobby, swimming pool/hot-tub/fitness room, and underground parking (only the hot-tub is heated during the winter months). The kitchen has a Bosch gas cook top, AEG wall oven, Bosch dishwasher, Panasonic microwave, Thermador integrated refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, and Weber gas barbecue. Equipped with all the dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster... everything you expect (including some you may not, such as the Kohler touch less faucet). All utilities and twice monthly cleaning service included. The Falls is a no-smoking building and so is this suite. Minimum 30-day lease but stay as long as you like. Rent is negotiable depending on length of stay. You will not find a condo that is better equipped, maintained, and clean. The owner lives in the building and is available 24/7 if you have any questions or concerns during your stay. You will love staying here!
