Conveniently located just a few blocks from Walmart, Five Guys, KFC, Tacobell, 711, and Yes Organic Market. Public transportation is easily accessible with a 2-minute walk to metro lines and a 1-minute walk to several bus lines. Guests must be 18+ years of age to make a reservation. Check-in starts at 3 pm and checkout is at 10 am. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested but is not guaranteed. Smoking, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, with smoking violations subject to a 1000 USD fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, or repair damages. Overnight guests exceeding the reservation number are not allowed. Pets are not allowed unless otherwise noted, with a pet fee per stay for additional cleaning and care. Violation of the pet policy may result in a fine. Guests are responsible for the cost to replace lost keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes. Noise detecting technology may be used to monitor excessive noise levels. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages on the premises. Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules, with violations liable for associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
