Far enough from town that noise levels are minimal. - Newly painted - Small private patio area outside apartment - Garage space for bike - Free Onsite Laundry - Dedicated street parking in front of the house (Note: There is street sweeping Mon/Thu. from 8-9am) - Utilities are not included (gas, electric, water, trash and internet) however these will be split (25% of total cost will be the responsibility of the new tenant) - Month to Month Lease Important Information: You will be living below a family with two small children so there is some noise coming from our children but we try our best to keep them to the front of our apartment which is over the garage. Additionally, given that those children go to bed early, we kindly request only applicants who avoid late-night activities or loud music. Additional Details: IMPORTANT: The apartment is unfurnished. The pictures that are posted are from a previous tenant who lived there in the past. We are working on getting updated photos from the current tenant.
