Cannot say enough good things about 71 at Tulsa Hills. We just moved out about 1-2 months ago. Truly the best apartment complex my husband Knox and I have ever lived in. I always recommend. We moved from a 3 bedroom home from out-of-town to a one bedroom apartment in Tulsa very last minute. We were nervous about getting an apartment at the time but had heard great things from a friend who lived at 71 at Tulsa Hills. Upon moving in, the apartment was so clean and barely looked lived in. We got the first floor right by the dog park which was just such a gift because we had a golden retriever. Everyone working in the office during our entire stay was incredible- communicative, kind, transparent, great about letting us know in advance when they had to do inspections, etc. I appreciated this so much. They also took great care of the property and went above and beyond whether that be through taking care of the dog park, quickly fixing fences, the automated gates, quickly pulling any dead trees after crazy storms, etc. We loved getting to know the people who worked in maintenance as well. I remember several times being asked just how I was doing which really meant a lot to me because I know how busy they were. My husband and I rarely had any issues with anything breaking in the apartment, etc - but if we needed something looked at, they were responding SO quickly (we only had ants one time at the windows after 1 year post-moving in due to our calking wearing down and a dryer issue that was just my user error). We felt like the only residents there with how they responded to any concerns or questions we ever had. The pool and other amenities are incredibly nice and well kept. The community is quiet and professional - the people who lived around us cared about their lives and jobs and took care of their patios/spaces. They also had the sweetest events where we would put together bouquets of flowers, paint, meet new people, etc. I loved the location- if we ever needed anything it is only 1 minute away from Target, etc. My husband and I would have kept living here if we didn't find our dream home right by our business. Highly recommend. Thank you for a great experience, 71! It's not easy to uphold an apartment complex the way that they do and they go above and beyond to make it an amazing experience all around.

Jessie and her team at 71 were absolutely incredible our entire time my wife and I lived there, which was for almost two years. They were extremely professional, friendly, kind, and on top of anything and everything we ever needed. Anyone who knows me, knows we have recommended 71 to every single person we hear is looking for a place to live. They were always great at communicating or responding to communications or any requests we had. Whenever something needed to be fixed or looked at they would communicate their gameplan and many times had resolutions that day or the following day. This place is new and has great amenities as well as being directly across from Tulsa Hills shopping center. It’s at MOST a 15-20 minute drive to just about anywhere in Tulsa, Bixby, Broken Arrow, and Jenks and is very well located. The only reason my wife and I moved was because we had the awesome opportunity to purchase a home in Tulsa. If not for that, we both fully agree that we could live at 71 for years! If anyone is looking for a great, new, well taken care of apartment complex, this would be the place. The cherry on top of course is the absolutely excellent service of the entire 71 team. We never had one bad experience with a single staff member that worked there, not to mention that all experiences with EVERY staff member were actually excellent ones! You will NOT regret living here if you choose to do so!

As someone who has lived in various countries across the globe, I am thoroughly disheartened by the abysmal attitudes of the staff at this apartment complex. Their demeanor is nothing short of dismissive, and their refusal to take ownership of any issue is utterly frustrating. Every query is met with the smug suggestion to "check your lease." Really? Who has the time or patience to sift through a 30-page document for every little concern? Never, in all my worldwide experiences, have I encountered a landlord so audacious as to impose a 26% rent increase within the first three months of moving in. The cherry on top was my interaction with their Community Director. She pretended to listen and assured me she would "try" to help but conveniently forgot to ask for my apartment number. With over 400 units, it's painfully obvious that they couldn't care less about their tenants. Sure, the location is great, being close to my workplace, but that's where the positives end. The gates are always open, rendering the so-called security pointless. The coffee machine is usually out of order, the gym equipment is outdated, the pool is constantly under maintenance, and tenants are fleeced with additional charges for parking and pest control services we never use. If I could, I'd rate this place a negative ten. This has undoubtedly been one of the worst experiences of my life. Avoid this place like the plague.

We're glad that our residents are able to enjoy our coffeemaker, so much so that sometimes it does run out of product, which we need to restock. We do apologize if you've come to the coffee machine when it was out of supply. My husband and I can’t say enough great things about 71 Apartments!! The staff is so welcoming and eager to make sure residents are taken care of. Madison, Jessie, and Brittany are in the office, always quick to help anytime we need it or answer any questions we have. They have been great since day 1, when we came for our first tour. We love the size and modern look of the apartment, and it’s very comfortable and perfect for having friends over. The outdoor patio is a great addition and perfect for cooking out or just chilling on nice days. We also love that it’s dog friendly and has a nice dog park right on site! Next to the office is a clubhouse stocked with snacks, drinks, and a popcorn machine. My husband and I love the brand new coffee machine that has tons of options to please everyone! Saves us a trip to Starbucks in the morning before work. It’s also a great place to hang out or just drop in for a quick snack or drink on our way to the pool that’s just outside the door. The pool area is so nice… Feels like we’re at a resort! My husband says the workout room is great, too. We absolutely love this place!!

71 Apartments has been great since I moved in. The floor plans are super spacious and offer quite a bit of value for the price point. However, the appliances aren’t stainless steel as advertised. They’re grey to imitate the color of stainless.
