DO NOT RENT HERE!
I have been in this apartment complex for the past several months. Nearly every weekend I've had to deal with loud music late at night. The landlord has not solved the problem and it has been several months since this issue began. I am tired of having to worry whether or not I will able to sleep during the weekends or not. The carpeting in my apartment was shoddily done with sharp spikes sticking out of the edges. It is a terrible idea to rent here. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra couple hundred dollars a month to rent somewhere else in West Hartford. This has been a tremendous waste of my time, money, and effort to rent here.

Large Apartments
Very large apartments at a great price point in West Hartford. New hardwood floors are being installed and SS appliances in most kitchens.

Great place to live
I have lived in 711 Farmington Ave for two years. Great location, wonderful office staff/maintenance.
