This chic 3-story townhome is only one block from Savannah's famed Forsyth Park, on a quieter side of town. Head upstairs where you'll find the main entrance to your new home away from home! Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a welcoming open floor plan, tall ceilings, and solid oak wood floors that carry throughout the home. The main living space features two modern large arm chairs, a plush leather sofa, and an elegant polished marble coffee table. The television offers smart functionality, which will allow ability to watch all of your favorite shows on your streaming Apps! Open to the living room, a formal dining room that accommodates 8 Lucky guests makes entertaining a breeze. The large serving buffet provides an ample amount of space for storage, while tying the room together, with tasteful artwork mounted above. The kitchen sits at the back of the house, with an opening to the dining room, perfect for serving guests and entertaining. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms all tastefully decorated, along with a full-size washer and dryer just off of the hallway. The first bedroom atop of the stairs is the primary suite, fitted with a king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom with dual vanity, soaking tub, and step-in shower! Down the hall, you'll find the two additional bedrooms, one with a full-size bed, and the other with a King. Across the hall, you'll find the second full bathroom the features a large vanity, ample amount of drawer space, and tub/shower combination. Take the elevator down to the ground level, where you'll find the private parking space off of the gated parking court, in addition to the garage. This space can be utilized many ways- guests are invited to bring their gym equipment, film equipment, and misc. items to store! This home is just a block away from Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space. Enjoy living like a local, and spending your afternoons in the park, or attending the Saturday Farmers Market. Looking for a quick bite? Head by Collin's Quarters at Forsyth Park, or Brighter Day! Need your morning coffee fix? Walk a few short blocks over to Sentient Bean. Sleeping Configuration: Bedroom 1: King Size Bed Bedroom 2: King Size Bed Bedroom 3: Full Size Bed We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $250 pet fee (non-refundable) with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation. Some homes may allow larger dogs, please inquire for more information.
