This thoughtfully curated, fully appointed, modern apartment offers a turnkey luxury experience. Each space is handpicked in unbeatable locations and is designed with beautiful and comfortable furniture. Parking, Pack and Play, and high chairs must be reserved in advance. On-site parking may be available for a nightly or monthly fee. Please inquire for availability. If you are booking a flat that allows pets, the pet fee is $75 per pet per week. A Pack and Play and/or high chair can be provided for a $25 rental fee, and these must be reserved in advance. By day, the neighborhood is buzzing with everyone from senators and Supreme Court justices to law clerks and Capitol Hill staffers as they go about the business of making and interpreting the laws. By night, the architecturally iconic neighborhood has made a name for itself as a focal point for culinary genius, with a number of nationally famous restaurants calling it home. A unique key code will be shared with you 8 hours before your arrival. Smoking of any kind (marijuana, cigarettes, or vaping) is not permitted anywhere in the interior of the building or within fifty (50) feet of the building, including outdoor spaces. Should the odor of smoke be reported, the stay will be terminated, and a $500 smoking fee will be charged. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. All homes are equipped with noise monitoring devices, and noise levels exceeding normal levels are grounds for ending your stay. Exterior cameras record the exterior and common areas, including all entries to the building. Certain items should not be flushed down the toilet or put down drains, as plumbing issues may result in charges. If the home needs unexpected or scheduled maintenance, access may be required with 24-hour written notice.
