The washer/dryer are located in your private laundry room and are solely for your use The security deposit is $3000 and up to 2 pets are allowed (no weight limit or breed restrictions). Well behaved dogs are a must. Income needs to be 2.5x monthly rent with 1 month of paystubs provided. Credit scores above 600 are required. The application fee is $50 and the holding deposit is $500. The holding deposit will apply to your security deposit at move in. Utilities are separate from rent. Located about four miles east of Downtown San Diego, Mountain View earned its name because of its clear views of San Miguel Mountain. The neighborhood has a relaxed vibe, a strong sense of community, and plenty of parks.
