About This Home
****Available June 15th. As the morning light gently filtered through the oversized, eastern-facing windows of my home in Graduate Hospital, I found myself roused from slumber. Ah, the comfort of my stylish yet cozy oasis in the heart of the city. Stretching lazily, I embraced the promise of a leisurely Sunday ahead. With a yawn and a hurkle-durkle, I made my way to the well-appointed chef s kitchen, its modern lines and soothing mint green accents invoking fantasies of slow-cooked delights. The whistle of the tea kettle snapped me back to reality, reminding me to savor the simple pleasure of a warm cup of tea. Settling onto the couch with feet propped on the ottoman, I contemplated the day ahead, torn between the allure of my private garden, perfect for al fresco dining, and the cozy embrace of the gas fireplace. Taking in the first floor of my newly leased home, I reveled in the open yet intimate layout, where the foyer provides a sanctuary to stow away the remnants of the day. The living room, adorned with built-in shelving and a whitewashed brick accent wall, invited relaxation and self-expression. Double glass doors framed the verdant view of the garden, offering a canvas for personal touches and artistic flair. After a moment of respite, I ascended to the second floor, greeted by the sight of four spacious closets brimming with fashion possibilities. With the allure of pastries on the Avenue beckoning, I prepared for a day of indulgence, made all the easier by the proximity of world-class amenities and the company of dear friends. As I readied myself for the day's adventures, I couldn't help but marvel at the serenity of my surroundings. The quiet street, lined with lush greenery and friendly neighbors, provide the perfect backdrop for both work and play. From my bright, sunny home office to the thriving garden teeming with life, each corner of my abode spoke of growth and possibility. With a contented sigh, I set out with friends for a day of culinary delights and leisurely strolls, knowing that at the end of it all, home sweet home awaited, a sanctuary in the midst of the bustling cityscape.

The neighborhood’s many alluring rentals include stylish lofts, modern apartments, and charming townhomes. Southwest Center City boasts excellent walkability, partly due to its layout and partly due to its ideal location.
The University of Pennsylvania, both a premier Ivy League institution and the area’s number one employer, lies just across the Schuylkill River from the neighborhood and is accessible within a 10-minute walk. People often ask “Why are you a realtor?” and the answer comes easily. My passion is to help people, especially as they make important decisions such as where to make their home. Be it renting for a period of time or long term, I enjoy being a part of that important process. In my past life I worked in TV production for an ABC daytime show called The Chew. After that, I sold Medicare Insurance which led me into the wellness realm and teaching yoga. I’ve been teaching yoga since 2018 at CorePower Yoga and most recently Monarch Yoga. All of those are working within a team, which is exactly what your realtor should be! A team member who is navigating and negotiating for your best interests. I’ve lived in Center City, Fitler Square (so pretty!), and currently live in Old City with my partner Edgar. I adore this city and you’ll often spot me coffee in hand, post-yoga class, just wandering and not forgetting to look up. My partner and I get Mexican food almost every Sunday night at Adelita (I love their enchilada mole) in South Philly, for coffee you’ll find me at Old City Coffee, I love the burgers at Two Robbers, and take yoga at Monarch :). When it’s sunny skies and the work is done, Edgar and I will often hop over to join my family for beach time in Longport Beach, NJ. Building community is something I hold onto dearly and I want to do more than sell you a home. I want you to fall in love with your neighborhood and find your true home. Introducing my clients to new parts of the city or finding their perfect spot in a neighborhood that’s already a favorite is what it’s all about. Let’s get out there together!
