The fully fenced backyard is perfect for entertaining and also includes a storage shed for storing bikes and beach gear! 2 small dogs (35lb limit per dog) or 1 larger dog allowed. No cats. UTILITIES: Included in cost of the rent with monthly cap of $150 per month.
