All utilities are included, weekly housekeeping and laundry service is available for stays longer than 1 month. Stay healthy with community gardens and hike/bike trails, a gym with high end machines and new exercise equipment. Gather with friends at either of the 2 swimming pools with jaccuzzi spas and saunas, 2 tennis and racquetball/squash courts, a backetball and sand voleyball court and multiple barbeque areas, all wheelchair accessible.
