Maintenance requests are handled swiftly, and the property is kept clean and safe. It’s a great community in a convenient location, and I’m truly enjoying my time here. Highly recommended!
This is a great apartments in a decent area. I love were it's located very Close to the stores bus station freeway parks and more. It is an older apartment and that brings some issues, but the Manager at Greeley and the maintenance staff are always friendly and respond to such issues as quick as they can. I Love living here and will always recommend it to others when anything opens up
I've lived at the 7147 location in Tujunga for over 8 years and can say that it has been a positive experience. I love how they have a pool and a little sitting area where you can enjoy your morning coffee and the neighbors are all quiet and keep to themselves but friendly when passing each other on the premises. Management is great, and communicate very well. Anytime l've ever had a concern or question Anna has always been very polite and courteous. Overall as long as you're not problematic, and understand what living in an apartment entails other than that, it was a honestly nice apartment to live here. I’ve been here for a long time and I love it. I would definitely recommend the 7147 location.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE COMPANY. They are scams beware of them. If i could give em 0 stars i would! I lived in a building on 7147 greeley st. It was so bad i didnt sleep at all for 2 years straight. The people upstairs walked like cows from 12 am to 7 am everyday non stop. When you would let the building "manager" know or the company, they make excuses of the floors are louder at night? They have guests over. They would make up lies and excuses to not deal with the tenants. The kitchens fake tiles had so much crack in between, the faucet had water leaking out everytime i washed dishes. The bathroom tub had so much black mold around the the area. Cabinets are repainted with cheap paint. Walls are repainted over moldy water drain stains and ceilings had so much water damage It was bulging. They repainted over screws too. Its a very depressing dark apartment. You cant open blinds cause neighbors look inside. No smoking allowed? But the neighbors smoked, i had to spray to get rid of the smoke coming inside my apartment. No parking by the window area but the building "manager" would park her car there everyday! No loud music but neighbors would have music playing, loud tv till 3 am. If you had loud music the "manager" would tell only u to stop. "Building Manager" was never home! Ever! No dogs allowed but everyone had a dog. The building "manager" once told me u can easily get a ESA card online. I didnt know so many neighbors and especially the "manager" needed so much support to have a dog where she was never ever home to get support! The so called "ESA" dogs barked constantly everyday! Upstairs people have the power to walk like cows everyday 24/7. If you want no sleep at all, dogs barking, outside to smell like smoke and weed all day. This is the apartment for you. Oh and not safe to order online delivery cause ur package will be gone! Plus the company takes $500 out of ur deposit for "partial painting". That is not partial thats a lot especially if we touched up on little things before leaving! Like i said do NOT rent this place or any place thats part of this company. You will regret it!
My apartment is ok. But they don't allow pets even though there are serveral tenants who have dogs and I would like to have mine live with me but I don't want to take a chance. So I'm going to look for another place that allows pets
