Brand new landscaping in the back yard to include timber steps, 21 tons of rock, new sprinkler system, sod will be laid in the Spring, and bushes will planted in the Spring. The backyard is huge and has a green belt walking trail behind the house, so no immediate rear neighbors. Also, just installed a brand new 50" Vizio Tv in the living room that stays with the house. No smoking. No pets is the preference with every part of the house being brand new but I will work with the renter on their pet situations. Brand new exterior paint and new exterior lighting.
