Located off Route 12, between Walpole and N. Walpole, this is the largest apartment in a four unit building. It's on the first floor and consists of two bedrooms, a kitchen/ living room, and a bathroom. There’s a washer/ drier in the unit and a small fenced in yard outside. Tenant pays utilities. Apartment is available in July, but since most people need to give one month's notice, I realize i might have to fill it for August.
