Close to downtown, Memorial Medical Center, St. Johns Hospital, Southern Illinois University Medical school and right across from the Springfield Art Association. 3 bedrooms, one bath and all original restored hardwood floors and woodwork. Heat, water, garbage and recycling is included and tenant pays electric. The large master bedroom has brick walls, ceiling fans in most rooms and a big old claw foot tub. Dogs and house cats are welcomed for an additional fee of $20.00 a month and there is additional pet deposit. There is a back porch, a County Market grocery store, CVS and the yet to be built YMCA about a block away. There is a coin operated laundromat on site and the owners live next door.
