Pet registration is required, and guests must complete the Pet Registration Form and provide up-to-date rabies vaccination details. Beach chair rentals are available through Coastal Paradise Beach Service, with seasonal rates posted at the beach hut. No smoking is allowed, and there is a parking limit of 2 vehicles per condo. The A Building at Dunes of Panama will undergo scheduled Milestone Exterior Repairs from May 2025 through December 2025, with work taking place Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CT).
