Property Ratings at 723 Grant Ave
The pipes are old and rusted which causes leaks along with the roof which has no charcoal or protection from the rain that results in apartments ceilings having bubbles and water damage. Sewage smell that comes from the utility room on the first floor and through the water in the bathroom. The bathtubs are all old and has rust mold and other corrosion. The walls are extremely thin. You can hear people shut the entrance door all the way from the third floor. The building is in bad shape. They only patch up their apartments so that new tenants can pay more in rent when in reality their units are really old and full of problems. They tend to move people in without getting the units inspected by code enforcement because they know they have to spend money on fixing the apartments the way that they should be. Second and third floor steps are old and wooden and are on the brink of collapse and the stability of the steps are poor. Don't rent here!!!!!
