Long term tenancy is preferred. Funds needed at the time of move in are 2 x's the rent. Additionally, tenants must acquire a renter's insurance policy and provide evidence of policy that is in effect. Tenant pays for the following utilities - gas, electricity, phone, and may elect to add internet and cable services. The property owner pays for water, sewer, and trash services. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in and on the premises including garage, she, or within the HOA exterior open spaces. Pets are not allowed.
